Privacy Policy

Last updated: July 26, 2026

This Privacy Policy explains how Caribbean Medical Student, a division of Renge Medical, LLC ("we," "us," or "our"), collects, uses, and protects information when you use our website (the "Site") and coaching services (the "Services"). By using the Site, you agree to this Policy, which forms part of our Terms & Conditions.

1. Information You Provide

When you submit a form on the Site (for example, to request a free consultation or to download a guide), we collect the details you choose to give us. These typically include your name, email address, and optionally your phone number, your school, where you are in your training, your timeline, and any goals or questions you share. We only ask for what we need to respond to you and deliver the Services.

2. Information Collected Automatically

Like most websites, our hosting and security providers automatically process limited technical information such as your IP address and basic request data to serve pages, prevent abuse, and keep the Site secure. We aim to keep this to a minimum and do not use it to build advertising profiles.

3. How We Use Your Information

We use your information to respond to your inquiries, schedule and provide consultations and coaching, deliver resources you request, communicate with you about your engagement, protect the Site from spam and abuse, and meet legal obligations. If you opt in, we may send you occasional emails with tips or updates, which you can stop at any time.

4. How We Share Information

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with trusted service providers who help us operate the Site and Services, and only as needed to do so. These may include our website host and security provider (Cloudflare), our email delivery provider (Resend), our scheduling provider, and, if enabled, an email marketing provider. We may also disclose information if required by law or to protect our rights, safety, or property.

5. Cookies and Similar Technologies

We keep cookies to a minimum. Some embedded or security tools we use (for example, spam protection on our forms or an embedded scheduler) may set their own cookies or process data under their own policies when you interact with them.

6. Third-Party Services and Links

The Site links to and may embed third-party services, including a scheduling tool and the separate USMLEtutor question bank at usmletutor.com. We do not control these services, and their handling of your information is governed by their own privacy policies. Please review them before using those services.

7. Data Retention

We keep your information for as long as needed to respond to you, provide the Services, and meet legal, accounting, or reporting requirements. When we no longer need it, we take reasonable steps to delete or de-identify it.

8. Data Security

We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards to protect your information, including serving the Site over encrypted connections. No method of transmission or storage is perfectly secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

9. Your Choices and Rights

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of the personal information you have given us, and you may unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time using the link in those emails or by contacting us. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under applicable privacy laws. To make a request, reach us through the form on our Book a Call page.

10. No Protected Health Information

Our Services are career coaching, not clinical care. Please do not submit protected health information (PHI) or patient identifiers through the Site or during coaching. If you do, you do so at your own risk, and it is not treated as HIPAA-covered information.

11. Children's Privacy

The Site and Services are intended for adults (18 and older). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us information, please contact us and we will delete it.

12. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date above. Your continued use of the Site after a change means you accept the updated Policy.

13. Contact Us
